Attach your Facebook Updates to Twitter

Facebook has released a feature that allows a user to expose their status updates from events, place check ins, status updates, photo/media uploads, etc…

Link Facebook to Twitter -> Facebook.com/Twitter

You will see a list of the Facebook Pages you manage as an administrator and can then click the button “Link To Twitter”.

A list of checkboxes will come up saying what updates would you like to share with twitter but we recommend leaving them all on.

Now you have Connected your Facebook Page to your Twitter Account to feed out and maximize traffic on your updates.

Can I remove the vocals from a recorded song?

With Audacity this is possible and I found quite easy.

To download audacity for free, goto:

The first step is take the song you enjoy in a music file format such as MP3, WAV, OGG, etc.
Open Auduacity and create a new project.
Import your stereo file into Audacity.

This is possible only for certain stereo tracks. When the vocals are exactly the same on both stereo channels, you can remove them by “subtracting” one channel from the other. This works for many studio recordings, where the vocal track is mixed exactly in the center.
Open the track menu (click the arrow next to the track title), and choose “Split Stereo Track.”
Select the lower track (the right channel) by clicking it in the area around the mute/solo buttons.
Choose “Invert” from the Effects menu.
Using the track menus, change each track to “Mono.”
Press the Play button to hear the results. If you are lucky, the voice will be gone but most of the other instruments will be unaffected, just like a karaoke track.

Once you have something you like, you can then enjoy vocal free music!
