Remove vocals from songs with Audacity
Can I remove the vocals from a recorded song? With Audacity this is possible and I found quite easy. To download audacity for free, goto: http://audacity.sourceforge.net/ The first step is take the song you enjoy in a music file format such as MP3, WAV, OGG, etc. Open Auduacity and create a new project. Import your stereo file into Audacity. This is possible only for certain stereo tracks.
